So it's a cultivating transmigrated snail fae x a space general python fae/spirit named raymond, where MC is pregnant WITH the ML, not by him. (at least not yet.) Apparently MC panicked after he was transmigrated and stuck ML's unconscious body into his (magic, 1000 sq m) shell, but because ML was presumed KIA and magic space genetics etc people end up assuming that MC has ML's egg etc etc etc etc

most of the xeno smut I've seen over there has been with snakes (and it wasn't ...great...) + jjwxc is now censoring everything below the neck so the author is unlikely to take it to the logical end, but I did just look up snail reproduction and from here, "they shoot their love darts...The dangerous thing about this is that sometimes darts can damage an internal organ or go through the body and exit on the other side." :(((
